11月14日~15日，河南省第四届互联网大会在郑州举办，工业和信息化部党组成员、总工程师张峰出席大会开幕式并致辞。

    一要营造有利于工业互联网蓬勃发展的环境，深化简政放权、放管结合、优化服务改革，促进“互联网先进制造业”发展。二要大力推动工业企业内网、外网建设，打破“信息孤岛”，促进制造资源、数据等集成共享。三要加快面向先进制造业的下一代互联网升级改造和配套管理能力建设，进一步推动中小企业专网降费用、提速率，促进人工智能、大数据等新兴前沿技术应用。四要依托工业互联网促进开放融通发展，推动一二三产业、大中小企业跨界融通。他表示，工业和信息化部将全力支持河南加快网络基础设施建设，推动互联网和经济社会各领域深度融合，建设和发展工业互联网，加快数字经济、网络经济发展，促进经济转型升级，建设网络经济强省。
