可采用如下两种修整方法:

• Interpolated diamond disk: contour profile dressing by means of “X” and “Y” axes. ±0,003

mm error on profile shape.

金刚石盘插补修整：廓形通过 X 和 Y 轴的插补实现，存在±0,003 mm 的廓形偏差。

• Profile-form roll: dressing by single plunge on “X” axis.

成型金刚滚轮: X 轴成型切入完成修整.

• Software calculation for dressing corrected profiles in relation to the angular correction

and the grinding wheel diameter.
