The CamGrind L synchro was developed for highly productive complete machining of camshafts. The workpieces are machined in parallel by two individual grinding wheels at two different machining stations in the same machine. By using an integrated loader, the idle times can be reduced to an absolute minimum. The use of an integrated loader also offers the option of loading at one station while a shaft is being ground at the other.

The whole set-up is operated with only one control. Since the peripheral – aggregates for supply of the coolant, high pressure station, hydraulics equipment, pneumatic equipment, lubrication and suction are not always available, CamGrind L synchro is the most cost-effective solution in mass production units.
